Log in to your Sprout Account Portal. Complete the Request Tech Support form under the Help area.
Self Assessment
When you call tech support, you’ll be asked several questions to help identify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. To expedite the process, review these commonly asked questions first.
- Are any devices online or is the issue isolated to one device, one website, or one area of the home?
- Do you have power to the Wi-Fi router? What color are the lights?
- Has any equipment or cabling been damaged, moved, or unplugged?
- When completing a speed test within the Sprout Fiber Internet App, what are the results?
- Are the non-working devices connected to the correct network if multiple networks are set up?
Stay Informed
Information about both planned outage and system maintenance windows are sent via email to the primary subscriber.
The network team also sends emails proactively during unexpected outages like storm or line damage. Please check your inbox to see if you’ve been notified of an outage in your area.
Major outage updates are also communicated on social media but posts, comments, and messages are not valid ways to report an outage and are not entered into the outage management system.
